PRODUCTION

Looking at my own interested I took inspiration from the Japanese film 'Kamikaze Girls' This is the story of two girls who are polar opposites yet find friendship and become the best of friends. Having a strong personal interest in this unit as I used to wear the J-fashion styles that are present within the movie. A consumer based project this developed a personal design aesthetic through research, experience and self-reflection and identify this within the fashion landscape. Implementing traditional and technology driven techniques. This unit was all about opening myself up to different aesthetics and use of colour.
